Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping distance.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

    Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

    • We use reliable carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
    • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

    Order Tracking

    • You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
    • Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

    Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

    • If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at orders@innovativepetholdings.com
    • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but Innovative Pet Holdings, LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.
