Refund policy

Please note, as a provider of food products we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item once shipped. 

Innovative Pet Holdings, LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first order (excluding shipping and sample sizes). You have 30 days after receiving your first order to request a refund. You can contact us regarding a refund at orders@innovativepetholdings.com.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, but we do encourage donating any unopened bags of food to a local shelter or rescue. If you donate your most recent order and show proof with a donation receipt, we will refund you 50% of the order. This is only applicable to your most recent order, we cannot offer refunds for donated products on orders more than 30 days old.

Sample Orders

Our sample orders are already discounted so all sales for those orders are final and are non-refundable.

As a small, family-owned business, we appreciate your support. It is our goal to ensure you are taken care of and we earn your business for life. Unfortunately, we cannot promise refunds for every situation, and we will evaluate each instance individually.
